Exchanges will be issued for same-style merchandise, if available, when accompanied by proof of purchase from Batton. If neither the customer, nor Batton can locate this documentation and/ or same-style merchandise is not available, refunds will be issued at a value determined by Batton

Refund requests received within 90 days of purchase will be issued to the original form of payment when available. Refunds processed beyond 90 days, along with those lacking proof of purchase from Batton, will be issued via Batton Merchandise Credit.

Refunds will be issued for the original purchase price when accompanied by proof of purchase from Batton. If neither the customer, nor Batton can locate this documentation, refunds will be issued at the value determined by Batton.

Lifetime Warranty

Every Batton product purchased from an Authorized Retailer is fully warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product – which means the usual and customary wearable life of the product, by the original owner. If a product fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair the product free of charge, or replace it at our discretion.

Exchanges & Refunds with Proof of Purchase 90 Days or Less
